What We’re Looking For:
- Active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
- Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ready to start as soon as possible and commit through the end of the school year
Your Role Includes:
- Providing direct and indirect speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Conducting screenings, assessments, and progress evaluations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and staying compliant with state and district requirements
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and continuing professional development
- Option for a hybrid schedule, supporting both onsite and remote services depending on district needs
