Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Morris, MN

Desired Background:
- Active or pending Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- At least 2 years of prior school-based experience
- Comfortable with remote platforms and basic technology (computer, webcam, reliable internet)
- Liability insurance with 500K/500K annual coverage (can be acquired before start)
- Experience with or strong interest in pediatrics, teletherapy, IEP planning, and multidisciplinary teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in a diverse school-age population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication needs
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services virtually
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Monitor progress and document services in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
