Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
- Minimum of two years’ previous school-based experience
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings welcomed
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Strong understanding of basic technology, webcam, and computer use
- Must successfully complete a technical screening and pass an internet speed test
- Maintain current professional liability insurance at 500K/500K coverage annually
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with diverse speech and language challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans to foster communication growth
- Provide effective direct virtual therapy services to students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to align support strategies
- Monitor and report student progress toward established goals
- Fulfill both direct and indirect service hours with compensation for both
