Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow/CFY considered)
- Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP environments
- Comfort evaluating and treating children in educational settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work full-time hours as part of a contract assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload
- Conduct evaluations, formulate individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers and families, providing strategies to reinforce learning and communication at school and home
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
