Ideal candidates will have:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a school-based setting
- Comfort with technology, including a computer, webcam, and ability to pass basic tech screening
- Liability insurance with 500K/500K annual coverage
- Experience working with pediatric populations (PreK-12th grade)
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time depending on assignment
- Previous experience in teletherapy or remote service delivery is a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Administer thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver engaging direct teletherapy services and document progress
- Consult effectively with educators and families to support student growth
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative planning
