Desired Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency required
- At least 2+ years of previous experience in school-based settings (teletherapy experience a plus)
- Strong background in pediatric speech and language evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention
- Familiarity with developing and maintaining IEPs and collaborating with educational teams
- Basic knowledge of computer operation and video conferencing tools
- Completion of technical screening and internet speed test
- Current annual liability insurance ($500K/$500K coverage minimum)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, provide individualized therapy, and track progress for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student achievement
- Deliver virtual speech and language therapy sessions and contribute to IEP meetings
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of services and outcomes in compliance with school district and federal guidelines
