Desired Experience & Credentials:
- Previous teletherapy experience and comfort with digital platforms for service delivery
- 2+ years of experience working in K-12 school settings
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or eligibility; open to Clinical Fellows with supervision
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP licensure
- Solid understanding of pediatric and healthcare-based SLP practices
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Reliable computer, webcam, and internet access—must pass technical requirements and screening
- Professional liability insurance (annual 500K/500K coverage)
- Strong organizational and communication skills for remote collaboration
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades PreK-12
- Develop and execute individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
- Document progress, maintain compliant records, and participate in virtual IEP meetings
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Utilize evidence-based practices for both synchronous and asynchronous sessions
