Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a virtual, school-based contract opportunity. This fully remote position supports students across Minnesota, providing essential speech and language services from the comfort of your home. You’ll work collaboratively with educators and families to create positive impacts on students’ communication skills, all while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of teletherapy.
Key Qualifications:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency for SLPs
- Minnesota SLP license (active or pending)
- Minimum of two years’ school-based experience required
- Proficient in the use of technology for virtual sessions (must pass technical screening and internet speed test)
- Comfortable working with PreK–12th grade students, with caseloads determined by experience and district needs
- Professional liability insurance with minimum $500K/$500K annual coverage
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans following each student’s IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services virtually, maintaining engagement and progress
- Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and school staff to maximize student outcomes
- Document and track progress using school-approved systems and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
