Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP License
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a school-based setting
- Comfort with technology, plus access to a computer and webcam
- Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed assessment
- Liability insurance with minimum $500K/$500K coverage annually
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads a plus
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs and SLPA with school or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students PreK-12
- Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to students’ communication needs
- Deliver direct virtual therapy and monitor progress towards IEP goals
- Maintain regular communication with families, educators, and school staff
- Accurately document evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support strategies
