School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - New Richland, Minnesota

As an integral member of our onsite special education team, you will support existing SLPs and work directly with students ranging from elementary to secondary levels. The caseload averages around 50, offering you meaningful and manageable engagement with each student.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility. (Experienced SLPAs are also welcome.)
- Valid state licensure as required.
- Experience in schools preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes and educational best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite; remote work is not offered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in an elementary building, and deliver specialized support to those with higher communication needs at the secondary level.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and communicate findings with staff and families.
- Offer consultative support to fellow SLPs and educators as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
