Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Albert Lea, MN

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current SLP-CCC licensure or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); experienced SLPAs also considered
- Eligibility for state licensure and relevant credentials required for schools
- Strong background with school-aged populations and diverse caseloads
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Genuine passion for supporting students with a variety of communication needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and participate effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy services to assigned caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Support in-person SLPs and collaborate to create optimal learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and documentation of progress
- Serve as a resource for staff and families to advance communication outcomes
