Opportunities are available for both Clinical Fellows and Certificate of Clinical Competence holders seeking a contract position for the 24/25 school year. This role is based onsite near Minneapolis, MN, and offers both full-time and part-time scheduling options, Monday through Friday. Work alongside a supportive team and help students reach their communication goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Active State of Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- U.S. work authorization (required)
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a student caseload based on your preference and experience level
- Conduct speech and language assessments, including evaluations and testing for students
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
