Position Details:
- Onsite, full-time contract from September 1, 2026, through June 23, 2027
- Work directly with a diverse range of K-12 students (more details provided during onboarding)
- Support, assess, and develop tailored intervention plans to help each student thrive
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Washington SLP licensure OR eligibility to obtain WA licensure prior to start
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (or willing to complete this requirement)
- SLP-CCC credential required
- Washington ESA certification, or willingness to obtain
- Relevant experience in schools or with pediatric caseloads
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to assigned students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans in collaboration with educational teams
- Track progress and document interventions according to school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate students’ success
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional development
