Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license (NY state) and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligible

- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and compliance with IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning for student success
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and state guidelines
