What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to address speech and language delays or disorders
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to integrate therapy into each child’s educational plan
- Create detailed reports and maintain accurate records for student progress and compliance
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and help educate school staff on effective communication strategies
- Support students in all grade levels as needed—adapting strategies for various developmental stages
