- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services for students with a variety of communication challenges
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to address each student’s needs holistically
