- Prior experience working within a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads, maintain records, and comply with all IDEA/IEP requirements
Role Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and strategies for academic achievement
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to deliver best-practice language interventions in the classroom
- Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements
- Provide direct and consultative services, supporting students both individually and in groups
