Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist | Skaneateles, New York

You’ll enjoy a structured schedule from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, for a total of 36.25 hours per week. Manage a dynamic caseload of 25-30 students, providing direct speech-language therapy services and collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This role blends impactful clinical work with the stability of school-based practice and real opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in pursuit of CFY
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering each student’s communication success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a K-6 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Attend and contribute to team meetings and professional development
- Maintain timely and organized records in accordance with state and federal regulations
