Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Auburn, New York

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 25-30 students
- Commitment to student progress and individualized support
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-6 students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and legal requirements
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
