Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Demonstrated experience in pediatrics, school-based therapy, and collaboration with educators and families
- Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and ARD/IEP meeting participation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with younger children and supporting diverse learning needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students in grades PK-5
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with each student’s goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide timely, thorough documentation
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of supportive educational strategies
- Maintain strong communication with caregivers to facilitate carryover of skills outside of the school setting
Job Details:
