What We’re Looking For:
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; will consider strong CFY candidates
- Experience in pediatric settings or school-based roles supporting elementary-aged children
- Knowledge of therapy best practices, assessments, and intervention strategies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy plans
- A compassionate, student-centered approach
- SLPA’s are not eligible for this opening
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in PK-5th grade
- Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals for a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services across individual and group settings
- Document sessions, monitor outcomes, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to the overall learning environment
