Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Demonstrated experience or clinical placements in pediatric and/or elementary settings
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based intervention strategies and IEP documentation
- Skilled at collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Confident in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a range of communication disorders
- Healthcare background or school-based SLP experience valued
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete evaluations and provide direct, individualized, and small group therapy for students in PK-5th grade
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and required reporting
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
- Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment focused on student growth
- Effectively communicate therapy progress and recommendations to stakeholders
