School Speech Language Pathologist - Hayward, California
Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist at an elementary school near Hayward, CA. You’ll work closely with a diverse group of approximately 55 elementary-aged students, delivering assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring. Your leadership will help shape growing communication skills and foster student confidence every school day.
Qualifications:
- Hold current California SLP Certification and active PPS Credential
- Open to candidates with CCC-SLP or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- School-based SLP experience is a plus, especially with elementary populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with communication needs
- Conduct individualized student assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals and student progress
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy approaches for diverse learners and evolving caseload needs
