Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Napa, CA

We're seeking California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services starting August 10. With ten openings available, join fellow SLPs in making a significant impact within an elementary school environment. This contract position features a full-time schedule of 7.75 hours per day, including a 30-minute uninterrupted lunch, from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm each weekday. All work is conducted on-site—virtual or remote options are not offered for this role.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license required
- CCC-SLP credential or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
- Experience in healthcare settings and with IEP documentation is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Must be available for in-person work; SLPAs not considered for these positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessment and therapy services to PK-5th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports per school and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to interdisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers and support staff to foster an inclusive, communicative classroom environment
