Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric populations in a school-based or healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication disorders
- Committed to providing in-person services (no SLPA candidates, please)
- Passion for fostering academic, social, and emotional growth in students PK–5th grade
Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic assessments and individualized speech-language therapy to students in preschool through 5th grade
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement IEP goals, maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Engage in professional development to ensure best practices in SLP
- Schedule: 7:45am–4:30pm with a 7.75-hour workday (plus a 30-minute duty-free lunch), 38.75 hours per week
