Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC / SLP-CF)

Pay Rate: $45.00+ / hour (Commensurate with experience)

About the Roles
We are seeking two passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to support our exceptional education team for the 2026–2027 school year. We have two distinct full-time openings available tailored to different grade bands.
Available Openings
Position 1: Elementary Maternity Leave Cover
- Caseload: K–5th Grade
- Timeline: Immediate start through January 31, 2027 -High probability of extension depending on leave duration)
- Key Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy, manage elementary IEP goals, perform evaluations, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Position 2: Full School Year SLP
- Caseload: Pre-K and 6th–8th Grade
- Timeline: Full 2026–2027 Academic Year
- Key Responsibilities: Manage a split caseload between early intervention/Pre-K and middle school grade bands, track IEP progress, and conduct comprehensive assessments.
Position Highlights
- Caseload Size: Managed cap of up to 55 students per position
- Competitive Compensation: $45+/hr with pay scaled to experience and credentialing
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside dedicated special education teams and administrative support
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active State License in Speech-Language Pathology (or license pending)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) with strong school-based experience encouraged to apply
- Previous experience managing school-based IEPs and standardized evaluations preferred
