Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Therapist - Pittsburg, CA

Multiple positions are available for qualified California-licensed SLPs—whether you bring your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), are working through your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or have expertise in pediatric or school settings. What we’re looking for:
- Hold a California SLP license (CCC or CFY welcome)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and elementary populations
- Background in school-based, healthcare, or skilled therapy settings
- Ability to work exclusively in-person (no remote or teletherapy options)
- Supportive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Commitment to fostering positive growth for students at various developmental levels
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to students PK–5th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of student progress
- Attend meetings and participate in professional development as required
- Adhere to daily schedule: 7.75-hour workday with a 30-minute duty-free lunch, Monday–Friday (totaling 38.75 hours per week; holidays unpaid)
