Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fairfield, CA

Qualifications:
- Active California SLP license required (CCC or CFY eligible)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- SLPA candidates are not being considered at this time
- Commitment to in-person services throughout the contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to PK-5th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and write accurate reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Engage families and educators in the therapy process to maximize student progress
This role offers a set schedule of 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with 38.75 hours per week and a duty-free lunch break each day. The position begins August 10th, making it the perfect time to make a real difference at the start of the school year.
