Qualifications:
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is required

- Ability to follow therapy plans and implement interventions as directed by a licensed SLP
- Commitment to maintaining student confidentiality and following school protocols
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct therapy services
- Support students individually and in small groups, addressing language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals
- Assist with preparing and organizing therapy materials and documentation
- Track student progress, record data accurately, and report observations to the supervising SLP
- Engage with teachers and support staff to foster student progress in the classroom environment
