Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Valid SLPA state licensure is required
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, or a strong commitment to working with children and young adults
  • Solid understanding of speech and language therapy techniques and best practices
  • Ability to implement therapy plans set by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services under supervision of a certified Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Support students in achieving communication goals, both individually and in group settings
  • Collect data and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals
  • Assist in developing and executing intervention strategies tailored to each student’s needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere supportive of student growth

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.79 to $45.79. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
