Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and current SLPA state licensure
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Solid understanding of implementing treatment plans designed by a licensed SLP
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, onsite speech-language services to students under SLP supervision
- Help implement therapy plans, track progress, and document student outcomes
- Assist with the preparation of materials and activities that promote communication goals
- Participate in team meetings, collaborating with educators and related service providers
- Maintain consistent and detailed records according to district and regulatory requirements
