Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA state licensure is required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families
- Ability to follow treatment plans and document student progress effectively
- Adaptable and positive, with a passion for supporting student development
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collect and maintain data on students’ progress
- Assist with preparation of therapy materials and updating records
- Communicate clearly and professionally with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team
