Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA state licensure required
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement speech and language programs as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Assist in conducting screenings and therapy sessions for students with communication challenges
  • Support individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
  • Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student success
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practices
