What We're Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (SLP in MA)
- DESE certification in good standing
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or PreK speech therapy
- Open to SLPs with CCC, SLP-CFY, and those passionate about working in schools
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and school staff
What You'll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for PreK learners
- Assess communication disorders and create effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with families and teachers
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Encourage engagement through creative, age-appropriate activities
