Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Burlington, MA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) required
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatrics in school settings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work on-site and engage with students, staff, and families daily
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation per school and federal requirements
- Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive school community
