School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Westfield, Massachusetts

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
- School-based experience working with children and adolescents is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Proficient with IEP process and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students K-12
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, aides, and parents to integrate strategies and support students across learning environments
- Participate in team meetings, provide in-service training, and contribute expertise to support the overall educational community
