Desired Qualifications:
- Active MA SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students, especially those with Autism or utilizing AAC devices, is highly valued
- Proficiency in assessment, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with IEP teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students across a variety of needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives tailored to each student on your caseload
- Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and special educators, to support classroom success
- Provide guidance and training as needed for AAC device use and communication supports
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
