Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child’s progress
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding assessments, treatment, and student progress
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students in individual or group formats
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on best practices in speech-language development
