Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Boston, MA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure to practice in Massachusetts
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Strong passion for working with children and adolescents, with experience in school-based pediatrics preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions to students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document therapy sessions, track student progress, and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Offer compassionate support and education to students, teachers, and caregivers
- Stay current on best practices and continuing education within pediatric speech therapy
