Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Professional Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
- Ability to adapt quickly and actively contribute to team-based care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with special education staff and families to monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in school meetings, IEP reviews, and team-based support services
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the educational framework
