Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CF or CCC)
- Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adapting interventions as needed
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain compliance with school/district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support optimal student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
