Desired Qualifications:
- Current SLPA state licensure required
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students and staff
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to changing needs within a school environment
- Ability to follow treatment plans and administrative guidance provided by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work onsite to deliver direct speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with implementing individualized education plan (IEP) goals and data collection
- Support students in both individual and group settings to enhance speech, language, and social communication abilities
- Prepare materials and participate in activities designed to improve student success
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to maintain cohesive care
- Document progress and communicate regularly with the supervising SLP about student performance
