Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong understanding of articulation and pragmatic language interventions

- Enthusiasm for working closely with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students by implementing individualized speech and language goals identified by the supervising SLP
- Work with students who primarily need assistance in articulation and pragmatic language—no Augmentative and Alternative Communication device caseload
- Collect and document accurate progress data for each student
- Assist with group and individualized sessions in a structured setting on a single campus
- Maintain clear communication with the supervising SLP, teachers, and parents regarding student progress and needs
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
