- Willingness to work closely with supervising speech-language pathologists and other educational staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to a caseload of approximately 39 students, focusing largely on articulation and pragmatic language goals.
- Implement therapy plans set by a supervising SLP, tracking student progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of session activities, student performance, and communication with staff or families.
- Participate in team meetings, support IEP processes, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families to reinforce carryover of skills.
