Qualifications:
- Active or pending Colorado SLPA license or credential
- Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related SLPA program certificate
- Ability to complete required background checks/fingerprinting before starting
- Prior school-based experience is a plus—motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students under SLP supervision
- Follow and implement IEPs and treatment plans customized to each student
- Accurately document progress, maintain service logs, and collect data
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and colleagues for holistic student support
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings and participate in administrative planning (indirect time paid)
