School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Colorado Springs, Colorado

This full-time position spans 37.5 hours per week, with paid administrative and team meeting time included. Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students under the guidance of an on-site, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Carry out treatment protocols and IEP goals tailored to individual student needs.
- Accurately document progress, gather data, and maintain thorough service records.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and administrative planning sessions (with paid indirect hours).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to foster student communication skills.
- Serve students at one to two school locations, minimizing excessive site travel.
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for an active Colorado SLPA license/credential.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or completion of an SLPA program certificate.
- Successfully complete all mandatory background screenings and fingerprinting prior to employment.
- Prior school-based experience is welcome, but all motivated applicants with a strong passion for helping students are encouraged.
