You'll provide essential support in 1–2 welcoming school settings, focusing on direct student services without extensive travel between campuses.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy to K–12 students, guided by supportive on-site supervision from a licensed SLP
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and IEPs that foster communication development
- Accurately log services and student progress with thorough documentation and data tracking
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights to improve student outcomes
- Work closely with school staff, parents, and the clinical team to promote an inclusive learning environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Active or pending Colorado SLPA license or credential
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a recognized SLPA program certificate
- Eligibility to pass background checks and fingerprinting
- Previous school experience is a plus, but all motivated SLPAs are encouraged to apply
