What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students, guiding them toward their communication goals
- Carry out treatment plans and implement IEPs, adapting support to individual student needs
- Maintain clear data records, progress notes, and service logs for all assigned students
- Engage in paid administrative duties, multidisciplinary team meetings, and collaborative staff planning
- Work closely with supervising SLPs, educators, families, and administrators to support each learner’s unique needs
What You Bring:
- Active or pending SLPA License/Credential in Colorado
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or equivalent SLPA program certificate
- Ability to pass required background checks and fingerprinting before starting
- School-based experience is a plus, but a passion for helping students communicate and thrive is most important
