Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Monument, CO

This full-time, contract role spans the academic school year through May 27, 2027, and offers you the opportunity to serve students in the Peyton, CO area across one to two school sites—all with no excessive itinerant travel.
As a valued member of a collaborative support team, you’ll have consistent on-site supervision from a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Your responsibilities will include delivering direct therapy services to K-12 students, carrying out individualized education programs (IEPs), recording student progress, and engaging in multidisciplinary meetings. Paid time for administrative tasks and team collaboration is built into your 37.5-hour weekly schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid or pending State of Colorado SLPA License/Credential required
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or equivalent SLPA certificate
- Eligibility to clear background checks and fingerprinting prior to starting
- School-based SLP experience is ideal but not mandatory—motivated new grads are welcome!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language interventions under SLP supervision
- Implement IEPs and treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Track progress, maintain therapy logs, and document services
- Participate in team meetings and administrative tasks (paid indirect hours)
