What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K–12 students under the clinical oversight of a certified SLP
- Support implementation of treatment plans and IEPs individually tailored to help students thrive
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services, including data collection and progress reporting
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and administrative activities, all included in your work hours
- Build strong relationships with educators, parents, and fellow support professionals to foster successful communication development for students
What We’re Looking For:
- Active or pending SLPA license or credential in Colorado
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a qualifying SLPA program
- Capacity to complete background checks and fingerprinting before starting
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus; however, applicants driven to support student growth, no matter their experience level, are encouraged to apply
