What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, guided by a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Follow and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Document student progress, collect and maintain service data, and ensure compliance with school requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and administrative tasks, with paid indirect hours included
- Engage collaboratively with SLPs, teachers, families, and staff in pursuit of student communication goals
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active or eligible Colorado SLPA license/credential
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences & Disorders, or SLPA certificate
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and fingerprinting
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, though enthusiastic and dedicated professionals at all experience levels are welcome
