Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services based on goals developed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Prepare materials and create engaging activities to support therapy goals.
- Collect data on student progress, update documentation, and report findings to the supervising SLP.
- Support classroom teachers with strategies and accommodations for students with communication challenges.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students during therapy and classroom activities.
