What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with middle and high school students in a school setting
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor progress for students with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, families, and students
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a diverse caseload onsite
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments in compliance with school protocols
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each student
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student success and inclusion
- Offer guidance and support to staff and families regarding students’ therapy needs
