Middle School High School School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Longmont, Colorado
Step into a rewarding opportunity serving middle and high school students as an Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract role, spanning from ASAP through May 22, 2026, offers the chance to be a vital resource for students in a supportive academic environment. With 37.5 hours per week and an engaging blend of middle and high school caseloads, you’ll play an important role in helping students develop crucial communication skills.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience working with adolescents or in educational settings is highly desired
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for middle and high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all education and professional regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
