Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with middle and/or high school students in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and progress monitoring
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services onsite to middle and high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide therapy tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation in line with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing progress reporting
- Serve as a resource to school staff and families regarding communication disorders and therapy strategies
