Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in San Mateo, CA

What you’ll bring:
- Valid SLPA certification in California for at least one year
- Prior school district experience supporting students in educational settings
- Demonstrated skill in data collection and progress monitoring
- Experience with students who have extensive support needs
- Familiarity or proficiency with AAC devices is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable but not required
Position Details:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Working with elementary-aged students (caseload specifics to be determined)
- Support students’ social, academic, and communication goals under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Collect and report on student progress, adapt strategies as needed, and collaborate with teachers and families
