Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Santa Rosa, California for the 2026–2027 school year. Assignment Details
- Full-time position (35 hours per week)
- School year schedule: August–June
- Elementary school setting
- Assigned to 1 school site
- TK–6th grade caseload
- Caseload of up to 50 students
- Onsite position
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement treatment plans and support student communication goals
- Deliver direct services to students in individual and group settings
- Maintain service documentation and progress records
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff
- Support IEP goals and student success across academic environments
Qualifications Required
- Active California SLPA Certification
- Bilingual language skills
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
